V&A Museum Sterling Silver locket.
The locket is decorated with trailing flowers, which is inspired by the embroidery on a jacket made in 1610 for Margaret Laton, wife of the Master Yeoman of the Jewell House during the reigns of James I and VI, Charles I and II. This jacket is displayed in the V&A.
Beautiful inscription on the back by William Shakespeare's sonnet 116:
"Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds, Or bends with the remover to remove, O no! It is a ever- fixed mark that looks on Tempests and is never shaken"
